In 2001, -proprietor and Chef  well known on the national food scene, which earned him the honor as one of the Top 25 Chefs in America by Food & Wine Magazine.. In 2001, Chef Pasquale Demasi  established NYC Catering Company & Now MIAMI Catering Corp to meet the growing demand for high-quality special events and entertaining.

 

Overseeing The  in-house kitchen and bakery, Executive chef Pasquale Demasi work with a talented team to create an exceptional variety of hors d’oeuvres, entrees and desserts. Attuned to the changing tastes and trends in food and presentation, Chef Pasquale Demasi  continually updates MIAMI’S  offerings with a variety of delicacies that include Truffled Lobster “Corn Dog” with Grain Mustard Soubise and Hudson Valley Foie Gras with Torchon Apricot Peach Compote and Moulard Duck Ham.
